What is your return policy ?

At DeskNerd, each product is carefully crafted and made to order. While we do not offer returns, we do provide exchanges in case of damage or defects. Your satisfaction matters to us—please reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. PLEASE NOTE : FOR ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT CLAIM TO HOLD CREDIBILITY, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO OPEN ALL PACKAGES WHILE RECORDING A VIDEO OF UNBOXING AND SHOWING THE DAMAGED PRODUCT IN THE SAME VIDEO.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and shipped within 5–7 working days. You will receive a tracking update as soon as your order is dispatched.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes—DeskNerd products are designed with sustainability in mind. Most of our items are made using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable filament commonly used in 3D printing. PLA is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane, making it a more eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics. It produces no emissions during 3D printing and is safer for indoor use. While PLA requires specific conditions to fully decompose, it remains a responsible material choice. Combined with our made-to-order approach, we minimize waste and focus on conscious, small-batch production.

How durable are 3D printed products?

Our products are designed for everyday use and are quite durable under normal conditions. However, like most crafted items, they should be handled with reasonable care and kept away from extreme heat.

Will my product look exactly like the pictures?

We strive for high consistency, but slight variations in texture or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
