Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, your order is likely to have moved into production and cannot be cancelled.

Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Color, size, or style preferences
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (not what was ordered)
Please ensure you are placing an order only if you are sure about the purchase. We have detailed pictures and occasionally videos to help you choose the products.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible, your item must:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence of unboxing of the product if you are claiming for a damaged or defective product
- The item must be unused and in original condition

Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
- Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected
