Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be arranged at the customer’s expense.

You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and if you have a unboxing video, refund/exchange can be processed fairly faster..

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.
